Today, October 5, 2024 at 11:30 am Cobourg’s H&PE Royal Canadian Army Cadets #88 with Northumberland’s other premier youth organizations, 116 (Skeena) Royal Canadian Sea Cadets and 598 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Cadets, held a Tri-Service Flag Raising ceremony at the Grafton Legion.

After the ceremony all were invited to enjoy a luncheon that was provide by the Grafton Ladies Auxiliary.
