Northumberland’s Cadets are marking Cadet Week in Ontario by raising the tri-service flag tomorrow — Saturday, October 5 — at two locally historic flag raising ceremonies.
Cobourg’s H&PE Royal Canadian Army Cadets #88 will join with Northumberland’s other premier youth organizations, 116 (Skeena) Royal Canadian Sea Cadets and 598 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Cadets, to raise the tri-service flag at the Cobourg Legion (135B Orr Street) at 10 a.m. and the Grafton Legion (10240 Highway 2) at 11:30 a.m. The community is welcome to attend!
