Due to the price of beef this week will be $15.00. Children 12 and under, $7.50.
Friday September 8 – Roast Beef (cut from the roast to order) with mashed potatoes, vegetables and a roll, and yes the “gravy”. Can’t for get the horse radish. Tea and coffee is included.
We wish to thank Taylors Meats as they continue to provide top quality beef for our dinners.
Dessert this week will be an assortment of desserts, including pies, cheese cake and the ever in demand “rice pudding”.
Dinners start at 4pm and run until 7pm or until we run out.
To accommodate the larger turnouts, we have re-arranged the hall for Friday nights.
Meal tickets are now purchased by the main doors with all the desserts moved out of the kitchen to the tables at the north of the room. This allows for a safer and easier movement when getting your meals and allows more room in the kitchen for the volunteers cooking, serving and doing dishes.
Fridays include four meat draws and the President has extended the “Dinner for 2” FREE DRAW into September as it has been such a great success.
All are welcome so please come and join us.
