Thanks to our community for attending our Remembrance Day Ceremony at the Grafton Cenotaph on Saturday morning. It was a cold morning but it was fairly clear and sunny.
Guests were invited back to the Branch for a light lunch.
Our annual Remembrance Day Dinner, Guest Speakers, Presentations and Honours & Awards followed at the Branch starting with the Meet & Greet hour from 5-6pm.
Sam Hall and Joedy Cleary were our Guest speakers. A few donations were made and our Honours & Awards section of the night presented 23 service pins to Members, Jean Calder received a Certificate of Merit and Karen Boyle was named Legionnaire of the Year.
Thanks to our Members who helped out with the days events. Thanks to the L.A. for putting together a great meal. And thanks to our Community for supporting the Poppy Fund and our Veterans.
